Early Years Team Lead - Key Responsibilities

Lead and support a team of Early Years educators, guiding high standards of teaching and care
Plan and implement a dynamic Early Years curriculum
Build and maintain positive relationships with pupils, parents, and the school community
Champion child-centred learning and a nurturing educational environment

Early Years Team Lead - Qualifications and Experience

Experience: Minimum of 1 year as an Early Years teacher
Preferred Qualification: QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) is desirable
Education: An Oxbridge degree or degree from a top 20 UK university is highly desirable, though not essential
