We are expanding our operations and are looking for a dedicated Submission Manager to join our team.

Role Overview:

As a Submission Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating the submission process for ECO4 and GBIS funding applications. Your expertise will ensure that all documentation is completed accurately and submitted on time, maximising our opportunities to secure funding for energy-efficient projects. You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring compliance with relevant guidelines and fostering strong relationships that enhance our operational success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Submission Oversight: Manage the entire submission process for ECO4 and GBIS applications, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Document Preparation: Analyse and prepare submission documents in accordance with OFGEM and PAS2035 standards, ensuring all required information is collected and accurately represented.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Maintain open lines of communication with utility companies, managing agents, and internal teams to resolve submission-related queries and enhance collaboration.
  • Compliance Monitoring: Regularly review and update submission practices to align with the latest ECO4 legislation, ensuring the company remains compliant and competitive.
  • Performance Tracking: Establish and monitor KPIs for submission success, providing regular reports to senior management on submission status and any challenges encountered.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and train team members in best practices for submission processes, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and efficiency.
  • Problem Resolution: Proactively identify and address any issues related to submissions, ensuring timely resolutions to maintain project timelines.

Qualifications:
