EHCP Co-ordinator, West London Pay rate £31 to 38 per hour  Vitalis are recruiting for an experienced EHCP Co-ordinator in West London. The role is to manage the Education, Health and Care (EHC) Plan process to ensure that children and young people with SEND aged 0-25 receive appropriate assessments, services and provision from Education, Health and Social Care. You will need to have experience of this role, and a high level understanding of SEND code of practice, and of running key projects such as assessment and annual reviews. There is plenty of hybrid working available. Work with Vitalis to Discover Exciting Opportunities in Qualified Social Work, Housing and SEND
