The role: The eLearning Administrator is responsible for the administration and maintenance of eLearning programs and the learning platform

Key responsibilities include:

  • Analysis and management of eLearning courses
  • Using in house software and other relevant software to create and update training material
  • Liaising with stakeholders to ensure all on-line materials and resources meet the organisation's training goals and objectives.
  • Ensuring all online learning material is tested, quality checked and fit for purpose prior to upload.
  • Developing and deploying eLearning feedback mechanisms, including analysis and reporting of any outcomes.
  • Creating, administering, analysing, and reporting on end-user progress and results
  • Continually reviewing and updating technical infrastructure to deliver eLearning content to its audience on the platform effectively.
  • Dealing with technical queries pertaining to eLearning courses and eBriefings and the learning platform.
  • Office Administration duties

Requirements include:

  • Strong IT skills including Excel
  • Forward thinking and confidence to present new ideas to the department
  • Highly literate, with excellent writing skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritise efficiently with great time management skills.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communications skills and ability to liaise with different stakeholders at all levels of seniority.
