The position is for an Electrical Shift Lead with a salary range of £50K - £52K once permanent, and £28 - £32 per hour during the temporary phase.
Candidates must have at least a Level 3 qualification in Electrical Installation and hold LV or HV AP certificates.
The role involves working on a continental shift pattern, with responsibilities including PPMs, emergency light testing, and liaising with clients.
This is an immediate start opportunity for a contract role with one of London's established FM providers.

Continental shift days and nights 7-7.

Immediate start for a very exciting contract in the heart of the city for one of London's most established FM providers.

This will be a straight start, continental days and nights postion.

Day to day duties will include:

PPMs
Reactives
Emergency Light Testing
Plant Room Checks
Working with BMS
AHUs & FCUs
Basic plumbing duties
Fire Alarm Checks
Chillers & Cooling Towers
Actuators
Boiler checks
Dealing with subcontractors
Liasing with the client
Assisting other engineers within the shift pattern
Being proactive around site.

To be considered for this position you MUST have LV or HV AP certificates and have a Level 3 in Electrical Installation or better.
