We are seeking an experienced Employability Coach to start immediately, working until mid-January. A DBS check is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver tailored sessions to help learners develop personal, social, and employability skills.
- Source work experience placements and review learner progress.
- Provide 1:1 and group support to guide learners towards positive outcomes and career goals.
- Offer advice on employability and further education opportunities.
- Uphold high standards in customer care, equality, and health and safety.
- Safeguard the welfare of young people and vulnerable adults.
- Must have a DBS check.
- Immediate availability is essential.
Contract Positions
