My client is seeking dynamic, commercially minded Enfranchisement Solicitor to join their London office. The role offers 3 days of remote working per week and flex-hours.

Your experience will include:
• All aspects of enfranchisement• Experience in preparing applications to the first-tier property tribunal• Experience attending tribunal and the County Court on all issues related to claims made under the 1993 Act.• Some experience in Right to Manage claims as well as service charge disputes and general property management would be an advantage:• Experience in dealing with volume applications would be an advantage.• You will be ambitious and conscientious with an interest in business development and marketing.
