In this role you will be undertaking a range of duties including: -

Running a caseload of enfranchisement and lease extension matters
Work with key colleagues and clients to build strong and lasting working relationships
Act as the firm’s expert on enfranchisement and lease extensions
Work with the latest technology to improve and enhance productivity

Ideally your skills and experience will include: -

Qualified Solicitor
3+ PQE
Experience of leasehold enfranchisement and lease extensions
Good IT skills
Innovative and creative
