Lead Python Developer
This role is hybrid, with 2 days per week in the London office.
La Fosse is partnering with a leading entertainment provider looking to build out a brand-new internal team. They are in a period of high growth and offer a very supportive culture, alongside great learning and development opportunities.
You would be the first hire into this team and would then help to build out the team under you. This position will be very stakeholder facing (internally). This is a fantastic opportunity for any junior technical leads or senior engineers looking to step up, this is NOT a management role!
Key Requirements:
- Python & API development - Django / Flask / FastAPI
- AWS & DevOps / Cloud certifications
- TDD and good software engineering best practices
- Good understanding of software architecture
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
Nice to have:
- AWS CloudFormation
- Media / Broadcasting experience
- Previous technical leadership experience (not people management)
Compensation:
This role is offering up to £75,000 + benefits.
