ER ADVISOR - FULLY REMOTE
I am currently hiring for an ER Advisor for a global business, seeking someone who can start ASAP!
Applicants MUST be available immediately and MUST have a valid DBS.
Seeking someone who has strong ER experience!
Location: Fully Remote, but for occasional meetings must be able to get to London
- Lead and been responsible for complex ER cases
- Strong ER knowledge and experience
- Able to provide advice to wider company on HR policies
- Working within a HR team and able to work in a dynamic environment
- Ensure the UK entity is following employment law and best practices
- Responsible for managing redundancies and restructures
Applicants MUST have:
- Full and valid DBS
- MUST be available immediately
- Happy to come to London every 3 months for important meetings (travel will be paid for by the company)
- Must have lead on ER cases
- Must have experience in redundancies and restructure
