4Site is looking for an Estimator to join our client based in South East London.

Our client is a main contractor specialising in internal and external refurbishments across the residential and commercial sectors. They are a family owned contractor with an excellent reputation shown through the quality of their completed projects, which are typically valued up to £2m. They are seeking an ambitious Estimator to join their strong commercial team, handling a blend of office and site-based responsibilities. Their office is based in South East London, however, their projects take place throughout Central London.

Your role will include, but not be limited to:

Supporting the Senior Estimator
Subcontractor tender enquiries
Site visits to carry out inspections
Pricing new tenders
Liaising with clients and subcontractors

The ideal candidate will have:

Minimum two years construction experience
Experience working on internal and external refurbishment projects
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent numerical skills and understanding of market rates
Ambitious and motivated attitude
Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite
