Key Responsibilities:
  • Interpret client briefs and develop detailed, accurate estimates through site visits and drawings.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to deliver comprehensive bids.
  • Manage tender opportunities and supplier relationships.
  • Calculate materials and hours for construction projects.
  • Coordinate subcontractor pricing and attend site/tender reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with building regulations and tender documentation.
  • Support the Estimating Manager with various functions.
Key Skills and Experience:
  • Experience within the Data Centre sector is essential
  • Proven main contracting experience, including M&E building services.
  • Familiarity with architectural, civil, and builders' works packages.
  • Strong understanding of building regulations and estimating processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and related tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and client interaction abilities.
