Monday to Friday Events Sous Chef job in London, Role Overview:

This Sous Chef position is responsible for supporting the Head Chef in leading the team which provides the food offering for meetings & events across several offices (all within Central London), with the largest levels of events taking place at their Kings Cross location.

This is a hands-on role, leading the team from the front on a day-to-day basis. You will also have the opportunity in supporting with the creation of seasonal offers for the client brochures, in addition to bespoke menus on occasion, ensuring the best quality while working within the allocated budget. The events will cater for anything between 20 and 200 attendees. The role is client facing and would suit a senior Chef who enjoys interacting and collaborating with others.
