Exam Invigilator

We are currently seeking confident and reliable individuals to take on the role of an Exam Invigilator for several schools in East London.  The ideal candidate will play a crucial part in maintaining the integrity of the examination process by supervising students and ensuring a calm exam environment.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Supervising students during exams to ensure adherence to exam regulations.
  • Providing one-to-one support to students within the exam hall as required.
  • Assisting with the setup of exam venues, including laying out stationery, equipment, and exam papers.
  • Collecting and collating exam materials at the end of the exam period.
  • Maintaining a calm and orderly environment to provide an optimal exam setting for all candidates.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Confidence in working one-to-one with students in an exam setting.
  • A vigilant and attentive approach to monitoring exam rooms.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to follow strict procedures.
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Willingness to undergo a DBS check or possess an updated DBS on the update service.
  • Fully checkable work history
