We are seeking reliable, punctual, and responsible Exam Invigilators to support the smooth running of our upcoming mock exams in November at a secondary school in Wandsworth. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a school environment, ensuring a calm and controlled atmosphere for students during their examinations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervising students during mock exams to ensure a fair testing environment
  • Distributing and collecting exam papers and materials
  • Assisting with seating arrangements according to exam protocol
  • Monitoring students throughout the exam to ensure they follow examination regulations
  • Reporting any instances of misconduct or breaches of exam rules
  • Maintaining a quiet and orderly exam room

Requirements:
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions
  • Previous experience as an invigilator or in an education setting is desirable but not essential
  • A professional and responsible attitude

Working Hours:
The position will involve working on a flexible, part-time basis, with exams scheduled throughout November. Shifts may vary between morning and afternoon sessions.
