Key Responsibilities:

  • Process applications to JCQ for these arrangements.
  • Managing of all examination’s invigilators with regards to recruitment, induction, training, timesheets etc.
  • Maintain attendance, training and records for examination invigilators.
  • Ensure examination papers and all relevant documentations are securely stored as per examination board requirements.
  • Set up exam rooms/venues as per examination board requirements.
  • Co-ordinate AQA Unit Award submissions, to process and distribute certificates on arrival.

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience as an Exam Officer, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer literacy.
  • Strong work ethic and professional communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and handle a busy environment.
  • Understand the importance of working hard, creating a high performing team and implementing structures
  • Provide exceptional management support to staff and leadership alike.
