An exceptional all-through Special Educational Needs (SEN) school in Wandsworth is seeking a dedicated Exam Officer to join their supportive and inclusive team.

As Exam Officer, you will play a vital role in the smooth administration of all examinations, ensuring fairness and accessibility for every student.
Responsibilities - Exam OfficerAs Exam Officer, your key duties will include:
- Coordinating the planning, administration and management of all internal and external examinations.
- Liaising with awarding organisations, teaching staff and the SEN team to ensure compliance with examination regulations.
- Managing student entries for exams, including coursework submissions and grade predictions.
- Ensuring appropriate exam arrangements for students with additional needs.
- Recruiting, training and managing a team of invigilators.
- Safeguarding the integrity and security of examination papers and processes.
- Overseeing the distribution of exam results and certificates to students.
- Maintaining accurate records and preparing reports for senior leadership.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a school setting.
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- The ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills for liaising with staff, students and external organisations.
- A good understanding of SEN and the importance of inclusive exam arrangements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with database systems.
