Our partnered school provides a nurturing environment for students with a range of SEN, empowering them to achieve their full potential. As Exam Officer, you will play a vital role in the smooth administration of all examinations, ensuring fairness and accessibility for every student.

Responsibilities - Exam Officer

As Exam Officer, your key duties will include:

  • Coordinating the planning, administration and management of all internal and external examinations.
  • Liaising with awarding organisations, teaching staff and the SEN team to ensure compliance with examination regulations.
  • Managing student entries for exams, including coursework submissions and grade predictions.
  • Ensuring appropriate exam arrangements for students with additional needs.
  • Recruiting, training and managing a team of invigilators.
  • Safeguarding the integrity and security of examination papers and processes.
  • Overseeing the distribution of exam results and certificates to students.
  • Maintaining accurate records and preparing reports for senior leadership.
What We Are Looking For - Exam Officer

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a school setting.
  • Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • The ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills for liaising with staff, students and external organisations.
