We are looking for the next Executive Sous Chef to joinDisney Cruise LinesRemy & Enchantérestaurantscrafted byArnaud Lallement, the celebrated chef behind the 3-Michelin-starred "LAssiette Champenoise."These exclusive restaurants deliver anexceptional French gastronomic experience, combining world-class ingredients with impeccable service.
The Role:
As anExecutive Sous Chef, you will play akey leadership rolein ensuring the highest level of quality, consistency, and creativity in our kitchen. You will:
- Lead and inspirea team of 1215 talented chefs in a high-end, intimate dining experience (64 guests per service).
- Maintain Michelin-level standardswhile managing daily operations, ensuring precision, consistency, and excellence.
- Train, mentor, and developa multicultural team, fostering a culture of passion, professionalism, and growth.
- Work closely with the Executive Chefto innovate and refine menus, showcasing both classic and contemporary French cuisine.
- Ensure smooth, efficient servicein a high-paced, high-expectation environment.

Who Were Looking For:
- Proven leadership experienceminimum 4years in fine dining, with at least 2 years in a leadership role (Michelin-starred or equivalent restaurants).
- Fluent in English.
