Sonic Summary

We are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer with a minimum of 5 years of proven residential property experience.
This role involves independent fee earning in residential conveyancing, with additional experience in enfranchisement or probate considered a bonus.
Key skills required include excellent communication, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage time and caseload effectively.
The salary offered is competitive and negotiable based on the candidate's level of experience, along with a competitive annual bonus scheme.
Additional benefits include flexible working options, 20 days of holiday plus discretionary days, and provided office equipment.

We are now looking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancer with 5+ years of proven residential property experience. This is an independent fee earning role, undertaking residential conveyancing. Enfranchisement and/or probate experience would be a bonus.

• Excellent communicator able to build strong relationships with clients, through efficiency and great client service.

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.

• Ability to prioritise, manage own time and caseload and meet tight deadlines.

• Commercial and financial awareness with ability to take responsibility for financial control of own client matters.

• Committed team player able to achieve set targets.

The package is negotiable but will include:
