THE COMPANY
A fantastic opportunity at a leading retailer with a large ecommerce offering, taking ownership of causal inference and experimentation. They are in the process of growing their experimentation team and are looking to do more advanced experimentation, to help the business understand the key drivers behind business performance. They have an extremely strong experimentation team and are happy to upskill where needed for causal inference testing which is a great opportunity for a candidate looking to do more advanced experimentation.
THE ROLE
As a Experimentation Analyst (Causal Inference) you will be working on the following;
- Setting up, analysing and measuring ab/multivariate tests whilst utilising causal inference
- Working closely with stakeholders across the business, with a strong focus on marketing
- Influencing stakeholders to make key data-driven decisions off the back of causal inference experiments
- Utilising tools such as GA/Adobe Analytics to understand digital marketing performance
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
The successful Experimentation Analyst will have the following skills and experience:
- Experience with a visualisation tool of some kind
- Experience with Adobe Analytics/GA
- A solid understanding of the digital marketing space, ideally from agency side but flexible
- An understanding of what causal inference is and how it applies is essential but happy to upskill on the hands-on application in-role
- Good communication skills with a can-do attitude, with a keen desire to learn
THE BENEFITS
The successful Marketing Analyst will receive a salary between £45,000 to £48,000 and an extensive benefits package.
