We are seeking an External Engagement Coordinator to join one of London's most prestigious Universities! This role is crucial for providing project support across teams, planning and implementing processes to gather academic travel data, and offering dedicated support to the partnerships team. This includes scheduling meetings with external partners, conducting research on companies and individuals, and performing desk research on specific sectors.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Implement and manage an External Engagement activity calendar that reflects the strategic goals of the organisation.
  • Provide project support for cross-team initiatives and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of plans.
  • Plan and implement processes to efficiently gather and manage academic travel data.
  • Offer dedicated support to the partnerships team, including scheduling meetings and conducting detailed research on potential and existing partners.
  • Ensure effective communication and coordination of meetings, committees, and travel itineraries.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in coordinating and managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Strong digital skills, proficient in MS Office, CRM systems, and finance and invoicing systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and deliver processes that ensure smooth operational workflows.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of crafting and delivering compelling messages to diverse audiences.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a keen interest in developing new processes and ways of working.
  • (Desirable) Project Management certification or relevant experience; experience in the business school or higher education sector; familiarity with working in multi-functional teams.
