About the Role:

Link3 Recruitment is seeking a passionate and dedicated EYFS Teacher to join our preschool in NW2 London in a permanent, full-time position. The successful candidate will play a vital role in nurturing and developing young learners, ensuring a safe and stimulating environment that promotes children's overall development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement school policies while maintaining professionalism with parents and pupils.
  • Plan engaging activities, assess children's progress, and contribute to individualized programs for those with special needs.
  • Create a rich learning environment indoors and outdoors, leading storytelling sessions and educational visits.
  • Collaborate with the Team Leader to write lesson plans and participate in planning meetings.
  • Maintain resources, contribute to displays, and assist with pupil records and first aid as necessary.
  • Foster positive relationships within the school community and work in partnership with parents.

Personal Specification:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a passion for children's learning and development.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work flexibly and independently.
  • Qualified with NVQ Level 3, QTS, or equivalent degree is required.

Salary: Starting from £30,000.
