Preferred Requirements:
  • Provide the highest level of client care in the management of client matters
  • Offer support to Fee Earners, building relationships with internal and external parties
  • Ensure files are managed effectively, creating letters or documents on the case management system
  • Attend clients and take notes, completing public funding applications
  • Collate and redact large documents for Court bundles, liaising with local authorities, Police, medical professionals, Courts, and experts
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Be embarking on or have completed either the LPC or BPTC and undertaken the family law elective Private Law Children
  • Demonstrate a strong interest in Family law
  • Possess excellent organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure
