  • Assist with purchase and sales ledger transactions.
  • Manage rent and service charge income processing.
  • Support IT administration and onboarding processes.
  • Prepare financial reconciliations and reports.
  • Ensure excellent customer service by handling supplier and stakeholder queries.
Main Duties
  • Process invoices, payments, and reconciliations accurately and on time.
  • Assist with rent debits, direct debits, and arrears reporting.
  • Support the preparation of management accounts and audit requests.
  • Manage IT equipment procurement and user setup.
  • Ensure efficient use of systems and IT services.
The Successful Candidate
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with a customer service mindset.
  • Experience with year end. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and finance systems. 
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills.
  • Experience in the housing sector.
