I am working and incredible position with my client for a Finance Transformation Manager to join on a permanent basis to help drive, design and lead the current transformation mandate.
You will work closely with Senior Finance leadership, to identify current gaps for improvement within existing processes and help design improvements through automation, technology or new process maps.
Your career experience will include hands on delivery of multiple Finance Transformation agendas.
Working under a hybrid model, the Finance Transformation Manager will work closely with Finance Leadership both within London and overseas in the SSC, to identify and enhance current finance processes to ensure increased accuracy as well as efficiency to support the business.
An exciting time as my client has a huge Transformation agenda within the business having recently implemented a new CRM product, they are also looking to move to a cloud based ERP over the coming years so this provides an excellent opportunity for them to review their current finance performance and delivery. The Finance Transformation Manager will utilise the benefit of their experience, to quickly review existing processes and identify ability to make improvements - whether that be through new technology, automation or redesign current as-is process.
Experience of reviewing and developing financial processes, specifically within the O2C space will be an additional plus in this role.
