Your key responsibilities as the Floor Manager will consist of:
- Ensure all function rooms and events are set up prior to service time
- Ensure constant replenishment of buffets throughout service
- Ensure attractive presentation of food throughout service
- Ensure the smooth running of all morning and evening services as required
- Ensure that all policies, procedural requirements and legislation of both client and company are adhered to in order to promote a professional and forward approach at all times
- Ensure that administration is maintained to the highest standards on a consistent basis
- Ensure that staff are committed to their job roles to provide a consistent high quality service
The experience and knowledge we are looking for from the future Floor Manager include:
- Experience working on multiple events
- Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel
- Effective communication
