Fluent German – HRIS Product Specialist £90,000 - £100,000CityA fantastic opportunity to join a globally established Investment Bank headquartered in Germany. You will work in the City of London office as the HRIS expert, being the go-to for any technical queries or issues.Candidates must be fluent in German for this role and have proven experience working intricately with HR systems.The Role:
  • Integration of various established HR-IT systems into a central internal database
  • Development and enhancement of existing interfaces to established systems for the use of HR data
  • Development of audit-proof authorization and user concepts
  • Independent coordination of the requirements coming from stakeholders (HR, key users, process owners, in-house IT and external service providers)
  • Support and initiation of further developments and system adjustments
  • Participation in digitalisation projects related to HR processes
  • Significant interaction with the HR teams in Germany, and extensive travel to the Hamburg office, with potential to relocate in the future to Hamburg or Frankfurt 
Essential Requirements
  • Deep understanding of data models and database structures
  • Highly capable IT skills, programming experience, data analysis and systems integration
  • Ideally some experience in an HR project environment or working with HRIS (e.g., Perbit, Avature, SAP, or Workday) or IT project experience and agile project management (Scrum working) would be desirable
  • Initial programming experience (SQL) is an advantage
  • Enthusiasm for the streamlining of different data models and Big Data integration
  • High affinity for digitalisation topics and interest in new tools and methods
  • Fluent in both German and English is a pre-requisite
  • Proactive and strong communication skills
  • Flexibility to travel to Germany on a regular basis
