FP&A Analyst

Central London

My client is within the healthcare industry and is looking for a FP&A Analyst for 12 months.

Duties include:

  • Support work that feeds into the production of a full suite of quarterly forecasts that are accurate and achievable for the business.
  • Manage cash flow on a daily basis and ensure forecasting
  • Help to maintain cash flow forecasts.
  • This role will produce, value-add financial information for the FP&A manager to share with the Exec Directors and departmental Senior Managers through the production of forecasts and out looks allowing value add decisions to be made.
  • This role will require knowledge and experience of managing large data & complex data.
  • Prepare and distribute Quarterly forecasts to department level giving a monthly actual v's forecast.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the business and develop strong relationships to provide financial support and insights.
  • Support the production of Monthly management accounts pack, analysing expenditure and variances to forecast.
  • Manage the total Clinic headcount reporting, and ensure strict control and governance is maintained around staff recruitment, which balances the need to support activity and drive staffing cost efficiencies
  • Support in the production of and distribution of Operational KPIs
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies in financial reporting and analysis and ensure this best practice is delivered and shared with the entire Finance function.

Requirements:

  • CIMA/ACCA Part qualified
  • Strong Inter-Personal skills
  • Strong Excel Skills
  • Healthcare experience desirable
