About the Role

As an FP&A Analyst, you'll work closely with senior stakeholders, providing financial planning, analysis, and reporting that drive strategic decisions. Collaborating across P&L divisions and central teams, you'll play a key role in forecasting, budgeting, and delivering impactful insights. This role offers the opportunity to build strong relationships, refine your skills, and lead meaningful projects in a dynamic and supportive environment

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with finance teams across the Group to ensure alignment in financial planning and reporting.
  • Conduct variance analysis, highlighting risks and growth opportunities.
  • Develop financial models, scenario analysis, and KPIs to drive informed decision-making.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes.
  • Prepare financial presentations for senior leadership and regulatory bodies.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability.
  • Stay on top of industry trends and regulatory changes to provide actionable insights.

Person specification

  • Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within Financial Services or a professional environment.
  • Strong knowledge of MI, reporting, and financial analysis best practices.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
  • A curious and commercial mindset with a willingness to challenge the status quo.
