I am delighted to be supporting my client in the recruitment of an FP&A Manager on a permanent basis. My client are market leaders in their field and operate in the UK and globally across over 30 countries. This role will be working in an FP&A team of x4 reporting directly into the Head of FP&A. Although my client are an Insurance business they are open minded to candidates from various sectors. This role is based on working 3 days office and 2 home.

Role overview:

  • The purpose of the role will be to assist the Head of FP&A and wider FP&A team
  • Add value added and contextual insight to the financial performance of the business
  • Assist in the running and consolidation of the budget, short and long range forecasting processes
  • Work with the Head of FP&A to coordinate the 5 International regions and supply relevant analysis to the US Parent in a timely manner
  • Compile, complete and check the reporting packs
  • Providing access to and analysis of revenue data
  • Providing cost analysis, specifically employee analysis and statistics
  • Building and maintaining reporting packs for Finance stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Qualfied ACA / ACCA or CIMA
  • Relevant, demonstrable FP&A experience
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Experience of working in different currencies
  • Oracle system knowledge would be an advantage
