We're looking for a dedicated professional to bring our values to life and ensure our customers receive outstanding services.

The Role

As our Administrator you will provide day-to-day administration support to the FRA team. You will coordinate and communicate with a range of stakeholders, colleagues and tenants to support the delivery of a high profile compliance programme. You will produce detailed reports and analyse large scale data via spreadsheets and databases and manage data accurately with the ability to identify any anomalies.

Looking for someone with experience within a FRA / Fire team

Need to be confident on Excel

Skills and experience required:

  • Confident user of Microsoft Office Suite (including Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Excellent user of Excel / Data Analysis
  • Experience of maintaining compliance / PPM databases
  • Attention to detail with organising electronic filing system
  • Experience of raising works orders
  • Experience of undertaking general administrative including mail merge, scanning, and filing of PDFs on IT systems.
  • Experience of working in social housing
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to converse via email, by telephone and in person, with ability to handle difficult conversations with diplomacy

Hybrid working - 2 days in the office

Monday to Friday - 8:00am - 16:00pm
