FRENCH SPEAKING DIRECTOR - ACCOUNTANCY AND AUDIT PRACTICE

Fantastic opportunity for a French speaking Director to join a highly successful international accountancy and audit practice in Central London

SALARY

£95,000 - £115,000 pa starting salary depending on skills and experience plus bonus, flexible and hybrid working options and excellent career progression opportunities

Fluency in French (written and spoken) is essential

LOCATION

Hybrid role, 2-3 days a week in fantastic modern offices in Central London

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

This fantastic opportunity as a French speaking Director will give you the opportunity to lead accounting and auditing services for both English and French speaking clients.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing and approving accounts and audit reports
  • Providing technical advice to clients and staff on accounting and auditing matters and keeping abreast of the latest developments and changes
  • Managing the relationship with clients and stakeholders, ensuring that they are satisfied with the services, and identifying and responding to feedback and concerns
  • Developing and maintaining a network of contacts and referrals in the French speaking market and identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Leading, coaching and mentoring staff and providing them with feedback and support for their professional development and career progression
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of accounting and auditing policies, procedures and standards, and ensure that they are adhered

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Fluency in French is essential
  • Extensive experience in accounting and auditing in a senior or managerial role with exposure to the French speaking market
  • ACCA, ACA, CPA qualified or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with the French accounting and auditing standards and regulations
  • Excellent leadership and management skills and ability to motivate and inspire staff and clients
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and able to build and maintain strong relationships with our clients and stakeholders
  • Highly professional and ethical, and committed to delivering quality and excellence
  • Flexible and adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

SALARY

Starting salary of £95,000 - £110,000 pa depending on experience and skills plus fantastic benefits including the following:
