What You'll Be Doing:
- Building and nurturing relationships with clients and candidates
- Sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates in roles across various industries
- Managing the full recruitment cycle from start to finish
- Working closely with clients to understand their hiring needs
- Driving business development and hitting performance targets
- Providing exceptional customer service and candidate care
What We're Looking For:
- Fluency in French (essential) both written and spoken
- Previous sales, customer service, or recruitment experience
- Driven and results-oriented with a passion for people
- Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment
- Positive, proactive attitude with great problem-solving skills
