An exciting opportunity has arisen to play a central role in ensuring the smooth running of a busy London office while supporting a dynamic team. Reporting to the Head of Operations, this dual-role position combines receptionist and operational responsibilities, offering a varied and engaging work environment.

 

We’re looking for an organized, proactive individual committed to delivering a professional, high-quality service. The role involves welcoming and assisting visitors, managing meeting rooms and video conferencing setups, handling administrative tasks, liaising with contractors and suppliers, and supporting new joiner processes. You will also be responsible for creating reports, maintaining office systems, and addressing office-related queries to ensure maximum efficiency.

 

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a client-focused approach, and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. A strong attention to detail, IT proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and a collaborative, adaptable mindset are essential. Experience in a professional client-facing office environment is highly desirable.
