The job involves working as a Functional Consultant on Dynamics 365 CRM solution implementations for public sector clients.
Candidates are expected to have proven experience as a Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant, particularly in Finance & Operations, Customer Service, or Field Service.
The position requires 5+ years of experience in large-scale, complex environments, preferably within the public sector.
The role offers a hybrid work model, requiring 2-3 days per month on-site for client workshops, with a competitive salary of $100,000 to $120,000 annually.
Key responsibilities include leading business discussions, managing agile delivery teams, and collaborating with stakeholders on data integration and migration activities.

Working as a functional consultant on Dynamics 365 CRM solution implementations for public sector customers. You will be working in a capacity of Functional Consultant within a project team.

Hybrid (2-3 days per month on site for client workshops)

Key Responsibilities:

• Experience of Dynamics 365 CE capabilities and extensibilities• Experience in leading business discussions with customer for project discovery and business process mapping• Experience in leading discussions around business requirements, product backlog refinement and user expectation management in Agile projects• Experience managing agile delivery teams and team of business analyst• Understanding of Design & configuration experience in Dynamics 365• In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform • Experience in doing fitment analysis of customer requirements• Knowledge in Performance tuning possibilities in Dynamics 365 implementations• Experience in collaborating with business stakeholders for data integration and data migration activities which can guide team of developers• Experience in managing Dynamics 365 projects in a capacity of product owner or business analyst• Capability to estimate Dynamics CRM project requirements• Knowledge in multiple components of responding to RFPs/RFIs• Capable of leading RFP responses for green field/Enhancement/Support D365 engagements• Microsoft Azure knowledge • Understanding of DevOps project implementation

Skills & Experience

Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant.
Deep understanding of Dynamics 365 modules, especially Finance & Operations, Customer Service, and/or Field Service.
Experience working in large-scale, complex environments, preferably in the public sector.
Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence and manage expectations.
Proficiency in gathering and analyzing requirements, process mapping, and delivering end-to-end solutions.
Knowledge of Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
