As a Functional HR Oracle Engineer (Oracle HCM), you will be responsible for managing various aspects of the company's HR Tech functions. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing absence management configuration and overseeing global HR configuration. You will play a key role in implementation processes and handle performance & talent management module tasks. Additionally, you will manage payroll operations module tasks and understand and manage personalization's & security technical aspects. Your expertise in using Fast Formula/HDSL/HDL & OTBI reporting tools will be crucial in this role.
