- Manage HR data collection, personnel forecasting, and regular board reporting.
- Administer global benefits for employees and partners, acting as the main point of contact for external providers.
- Oversee the global pension scheme and high-earner alternatives.
- Serve as the first point of contact for compensation and benefits-related employee queries.
- Provide data insight reporting, tracking, and analysing trends in reports and dashboards.
- Contribute to strategic people cost and growth planning.
- Support HR operations and employee lifecycle processes related to compensation and payroll.
- Proven experience in global payroll and reward management.
- Strong analytical and data management skills with experience in personnel forecasting and cost reporting.
- Familiarity with compensation, benefits, and pension administration across multiple jurisdictions.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
