This is a key role within the business, responsible for managing payroll and reward processes across multiple international offices.Responsibilities of the Global Payroll & Reward Manager will include:

Oversee day-to-day payroll and reward operations across all global locations.
Manage HR data collection, personnel forecasting, and regular board reporting.
Administer global benefits for employees and partners, acting as the main point of contact for external providers.
Oversee the global pension scheme and high-earner alternatives.
Serve as the first point of contact for compensation and benefits-related employee queries.
Provide data insight reporting, tracking, and analysing trends in reports and dashboards.
Contribute to strategic people cost and growth planning.
Support HR operations and employee lifecycle processes related to compensation and payroll.

The successful Global Payroll & Reward Manager will require:

Proven experience in global payroll and reward management.
Strong analytical and data management skills with experience in personnel forecasting and cost reporting.
Familiarity with compensation, benefits, and pension administration across multiple jurisdictions.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
Excellent communication and organisational skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
