This is a key role within the business, responsible for managing payroll and reward processes across multiple international offices.Responsibilities of the Global Payroll & Reward Manager will include:
  • Oversee day-to-day payroll and reward operations across all global locations.
  • Manage HR data collection, personnel forecasting, and regular board reporting.
  • Administer global benefits for employees and partners, acting as the main point of contact for external providers.
  • Oversee the global pension scheme and high-earner alternatives.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for compensation and benefits-related employee queries.
  • Provide data insight reporting, tracking, and analysing trends in reports and dashboards.
  • Contribute to strategic people cost and growth planning.
  • Support HR operations and employee lifecycle processes related to compensation and payroll.
The successful Global Payroll & Reward Manager will require:
  • Proven experience in global payroll and reward management.
  • Strong analytical and data management skills with experience in personnel forecasting and cost reporting.
  • Familiarity with compensation, benefits, and pension administration across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
