We are currently recruiting for a Goods Receiving Assistant to join the Royal Garden Hotel on a full time basis.

As a Goods Receiving Assistant, you willreceive and process deliveries and ensure that the par stock levels within the dry food stores, cellar and general stores are maintained.

As a Goods Receiving Assistant your responsibilities include:
  • Assists with the receiving and handling of all incoming goods at the loading bay. This involves physically checking the goods to ensure they are in good condition and ready for further processing.
  • Monitors the quality, quantity, and efficiency of the movement and storage of goods.
  • Issues goods to all departments
  • Communicates with the supplier and all the departments concerning late deliveries, product queries, and returned goods where necessary.
  • Ensures all storage areas are kept tidy and are cleaned in accordance with the Hotel cleaning schedule in line with health & safety
