My client is an instantly recognisable organisation who urgently require a Governance & Reporting Lead to join a business-critical programme.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience working as a Governance & Reporting Lead in a large, complex organisation.
- Previously developed and implemented governance frameworks, policies and procedures.
- Proven people management expertise in the governance, risk and compliance space.
- The ability to be a strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with relevant regulations and best practices.
- The ability to translate technical statements to non technical audiences.
- Proficiency in governance and reporting software tools.
- The ability to identify, assess and mitigate risks in line with governance and reporting.
Nice to have:
- A bachelor's degree or professional certifications (i.e. CISA, CISM, CGEIT).
- Previous insurance industry experience.
