The Role

As a Graduate Bid Coordinator, you will assist in the coordination and preparation of winning bids, working closely with technical experts, project teams, and senior leadership. Your role will involve both bid writing and administrative support to ensure a smooth and efficient tendering process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting in the end-to-end bid process, ensuring all deadlines are met
  • Supporting the writing and editing of persuasive bid responses tailored to client requirements
  • Coordinating input from different departments to compile high-quality submissions
  • Maintaining a library of bid templates, case studies, and company information
  • Researching client needs and industry trends to enhance bid content
