To meet demand, they currently have an exciting opening in London for a Graduate Customer Success Manager.  Customer Success Manager responsibilities:  
  • Engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring they maximise the platform’s value.
  • Hosting tailored training sessions, making complex data insights easy to understand.
  • Managing client onboarding, ensuring a seamless transition into using the platform.
  • Providing ongoing support, answering queries, and solving any issues efficiently.
  • Tracking client engagement, spotting trends, and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Organising multiple client interactions, keeping everything running smoothly.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to enhance client experience and product development.
  • Identifying opportunities for account growth, referring clients to additional services.
Customer Success Manager requirements:  
  • Fluent German speaker – Essential for working with a German client base.
  • Strong communicator – Build rapport easily and enjoy working with people.
  • Proactive & organised – Manage tasks efficiently and take ownership of your work.
