They are the leading suppliers of Quantitative Analysts (Quants) to JP Morgan, Barclays, MUFG Securities, and Citi.These clients operate with highly selective PSLs of only three agencies, and OUR CLIENT has consistently outperformed the other two agencies at JP Morgan (for the last five years), Barclays, and MUFG.
Additionally, they work with various hedge funds, asset managers, energy trading companies, and consultancies, recruiting both traditional Quants and those specializing in Machine Learning, AI, Big Data, and Crypto. This is the cutting edge of the markethighly interesting and continually growing!
Our client has longstanding relationships with many of their clients, some of which date back to the firms inception. New clients frequently come to them through personal recommendations from those who trust them to deliver!
What Theyre Looking for in Their Next Graduate Headhunter:
- Competitive base salary of £25k
- OTE of £45-£55k in the first year, with increases year on year
- Fast track to management within 3 years
- Meals at Michelin-starred restaurants, boat trips, holidays abroad
- Rolex giveaways in December
- Early finish Fridays
- Office in London with a rooftop overlooking the city, DJ decks, beer taps, and office dogs
What Youll Be Doing as a Graduate Headhunter:
- Managing the full end-to-end recruitment process (full training provided)
- Attending and hosting specialist market events
- Building and nurturing specialist market communities
- Serving as a brand ambassador for the business
- Playing a key role in current and future growth plans
What They Require from the Next Graduate Headhunter:
- 2:1 from a top university and/or sales experience
- Highly motivated and financially driven
- Commercially savvy and switched-on
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Competitiveness when working towards targets
