Studio Ore is a leading designer and small-batch manufacturer of hand finished brass taps, showers and other brass fittings. Our range of products are supplied directly to architects, interior designers and real estate developers who specify us in high-end residential, hospitality and commercial spaces.
We have an amazing opportunity for a Graduate starting their career! We are seeking a Graduate to work as a Sales Administrator joining our team in London, with the responsibility of supporting the sales team while efficiently dealing with inbound inquiries. You will be communicating in person, by email and by phone with leading architects and interior designers in the UK and USA.
Location: London
Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 basic per annum + bonus
Requirements for Graduate Sales Administrator:
- Degree-educated having achieved a 2.1 or above.
- Ideally you will have studied design or architecture
- Experience with Microsoft Office with good knowledge of Excel
- Ability to think outside the box, bringing new ideas to the team
- Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills
- Ideally you will have some knowledge of bathroom and interior fittings
- A confident personality with exceptional communication skills
Responsibilities for Graduate Sales Administrator:
- Provide support to the sales team
- Answering inbound calls as well as responding to inbound inquiries in person and by email
- Proactively conducting outbound activities where necessary
- Keep the CRM system up to date
- Assisting in sales operations
- Some general administrative work
