The Opportunity: We are seeking a dedicated Groundsperson to enhance our Estates Team. This individual will play a crucial role in maintaining the pristine condition of our sports fields and ensuring they reflect the high standards our institution is known for.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Uphold the maintenance, security, and aesthetic standards of the sports fields, adhering to strict health and safety protocols.
  • Work in tandem with sports directors to schedule and prepare fields for student activities and events.
  • Contribute to the institution’s ethos and image through meticulous groundskeeping.
  • Collaborate with a dynamic team to support the institution’s operations.

Working Hours:

  • A standard commitment of 40 hours per week, with additional hours during peak sports seasons and institutional events.

Holiday Entitlement:

  • 35 days of holiday, aligned with the institution’s calendar and in consultation with the groundskeeping team.

Candidate Profile:

  • A hardworking, adaptable individual with a professional approach.
  • Capable of working autonomously and within a team to meet objectives.

Qualifications and Experience:
