Walker Cole International is searching for a GxP Quality Director to join a Cell & Gene Therapy Biotech in the South East of the UK. As the Quality Director, you will oversee and lead the QA team whilst ensuring GxP compliance across the business.
Your responsibilities will be:
- Lead and manage all quality activities for a GxP business.
- Manage, develop and coach a team of Quality Assurance personnel
- Work closely with senior business leaders to aid in driving the quality culture for the business to lead to long-term benefits
- Continuous improvement of processes and systems to support business growth and expansion
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Extensive experience working with ATMPs in the Pharmaceutical industry leading to very strong technical understanding of the products and their manufacturing process
- Strong knowledge of GxP regulations, particularly including GMP and GCP requirements
- Qualified Person qualification would be desirable
