As a result of continued expansion they are looking to add to their close-knit maintenance team.You will be working alongside a team of Maintenance Operative's performing a range of maintenance and repair tasks. This will vary from Electrical to Carpentry and Plumbing work.This position would suit a Handyperson / Tradesperson , looking for a local role offering good overtime rates and stable work.

The Role:

• Carrying out maintenance on residential sites.
• Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry work (Multi-Skilled).
• Monday to Friday - 40 hours a week within North London.

The Candidate:

• Handyperson background or experience in one of the following trades:
  • Carpentry
  • Brickwork
  • Roofing
  • Plastering
  • Mechanical
  • Plumbing
  • Building Fabric
• Full driving licence.
• Handyperson / Tradesperson / Facilities Maintenance/ Mobile Fabric Technician.
