As a result of continued expansion they are looking to add to their close-knit maintenance team.You will be working alongside a team of Maintenance Operative's performing a range of maintenance and repair tasks. This will vary from Electrical to Carpentry and Plumbing work. You will require your own Van.This position would suit a Handyperson / Tradesperson , looking for a local role offering good overtime rates and stable work.

The Role:

Carrying out maintenance on residential sites.
Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry work (Multi-Skilled).
Monday to Friday - 40 hours a week within North London.

The Candidate:

Handyperson background or experience in one of the following trades:
- Carpentry
- Brickwork
- Roofing
- Plastering
- Mechanical
- Plumbing
- Building Fabric
Will need your own Van.
Handyperson / Tradesperson / Facilities Maintenance/ Mobile Fabric Technician.
