Location: One Blackfriars SE1

Working Hours: Monday – Friday 0800 - 1700

Salary: £28,600 per annum

This role will be based at a luxury development looking down on the River Thames, consisting of 274 residential apartments. The site benefits from several amenities including a resident’s spa, underground car park and 24-hour concierge service.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

As a Handyperson at Rendall & Rittner, you will be:

Experienced in performing various maintenance tasks, this includes tasks like changing light bulbs, hanging pictures, repairing items, and assembling shelving units.
Passionate about creating a clean, positive and safe environment for residents, guests, and the team this will be done through litter picking, window cleaning, metal polishing, and painting.
Expert in customer service, using this expertise to lead, engage, and inspire others.
Proactive in seeking opportunities to drive the performance of the development.
Skilled in handling feedback effectively in the moment, serving as the main point of contact for all queries.
Values and supports the team, building strong working relationships with residents, guests, and external contractors.
Has a track record of delivering great customer service, managing complaints, working safely, and thriving in a team environment.
